1. What are the setup costs for doing emblems, logo engraving, or logo imprints?

*All setup charges are a one-time charge and will not be on any repeat orders with the same design.

Clip emblem setup charge - $275  *If a complex custom shape is required, an additional charge may be incurred.
Logo Engraving setup charge - $75.00
Logo Imprint setup charge - $75.00

2. Do I have to pay setup charges on re-orders?

You do not have to pay additional setup charges on re-orders as long as the same exact decoration type and logo are being ordered (within 4 years of your previous order).  *If it has been more than four years, we will have to check to see if your template is still in the system and available.

3. What is the cost of additional colors on decoration?

Each non PMS additional color over the maximum per decoration type is $0.70.

Die struck emblems include two colors.

Silk screen emblems include three colors.

Logo engraving includes one color.

Logo imprints include one color.

4. Can we get credit terms to use a PO to place an order?

On first time orders we kindly request pre-payment on a credit card. On any future re-orders, we will gladly set up credit terms on the approval of a credit application.

5. How can your prices be so low compared to www.cross.com? Are these actually Cross Pens?

We are a direct authorized distributor of Cross Pens in their special markets program. All of our pens come directly from A.T. Cross Company and are genuine Cross® Pens.  Backed by over 30 years experience in the design and manufacture of high quality emblem jewelry, service awards, rings, plaques and custom awards, we were given the opportunity to partner with A.T. Cross company and their business gifts division. We were chosen because of our experience with emblems and logos, as well as our understanding of recognition awards and corporate branding. As a distributor, we are able to provide special pricing to our customers.

6. How long does it take to get an art proof?

All layouts are free! Pre-order layouts can be requested via phone, email or contact form and are provided the same or next business day of the request. Pre-production layouts (after an order is placed) are provided within 1-3 business days.

7. In what format should names list be sent?

Long name lists should be sent in an Excel spreadsheet; we request that the first and last names be contained in ONE cell.

8. What type of artwork is required?

In order to best replicate your logo onto the pen(s), we require vector artwork (.ai or .eps file). If you do not have the original vector logo artwork, we can redraw most file types (JPG, PDF, TIFF, EPS at 300 dpi or better).  A small artwork fee may apply ($35.00-$70.00), depending on the detail and time it takes for our artists to redraw your logo into the vector format. 

9. How long does it take for engraving?

Quick Ship Engraving - 1-3 business days for production

Standard Engraving: 7-10 business days for production
Logo Engraving: 10 business days for production
Logo Imprint: 10 business days for production

10. How long does it take for custom clip emblems?

Die Struck Emblems: 10-15 business days for production
Silk Screen Emblems: 10-15 business days for production

11. How are the pens shipped?

Most pens are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), occasionally pens are shipped via USPS (United States Post Office).

12. Where are the pens shipped from?

Pens are shipped from Rhode Island or Illinois, depending on where stock is available.

13. Can you rush an order?

If you are looking to recieve pens in a rush, please view our Quick Ship pen options.  We are able to ship plain (no engraving) Quick Ship pens same or next day, or Quick Ship pens with engraving within 1-3 days to meet your in-hand date.
