Policies

 

ARTWORK/LOGOS:
We require vector artwork. The preferred digital formats are: EPS, AI, or CDR.  The following are acceptable to have redrawn: JPG, PDF, EPS and TIFF. Files must be at 300 DPI or better. Acclaim Products, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether artwork received is vector art. Artwork redraws will incur a minimum charge of $35.00. Customer will be called with estimate prior to the redrawing.

 

ART PROOFS:
The first art proof is FREE for new orders or repeat orders with changes. Subsequent art proofs may incur a $10.00 charge each. (Or when additional proofs are required due to preference changes or revisions, a nominal fee will be applied per proof) All art proofs will be emailed and production will not begin until Acclaim Products, Inc. has received written approval, please respond promptly so your order will not be delayed.

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
All costs incurred prior to cancellation are the customer's responsibility.

 

CLAIMS:
Broken, damaged goods and delays in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If damage or shortage is found, discuss with carrier at time of delivery for immediate inspection and documentation. Inspection should be made at once in order to file a claim with the carrier. Credit and/or replacement will be issued upon receipt of paid claim. All shipments are F.O.B. plant. Merchandise is shipped at buyer’s risk, with title passing at F.O.B point. Acclaim Products, Inc. is not responsible to file claims for shipments made under buyers carrier account.

 

CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Acclaim Products, Inc. is pleased to provide our graphic abilities in helping our customers create "one-of-a -kind" designs. Allow our customer service personnel to guide you through the process.

 

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS:
Acclaim Products, Inc. product line is subject to change; please contact us at info@corporategiftspens.com to confirm availability. We reserve the right to substitute product of equal or greater value in the event an item becomes unavailable, without prior notification.

 

NORMAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Lead time varies depending on pen choice and decoration options. Please call for lead times on specific products and decorations.

 

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS:
When certain merchandise is requested in advance of the normal schedule we will try to accommodate the request with a partial shipment. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

 

PERSONALIZATION:
All personalization instructions are subject to review and acceptance by Acclaim Products, Inc., space permitting. Engraving instructions must be in writing and may be sent via email, mail, or courier service on a cd or dvd.

 

PRICING:
Pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

RETURNS:
Return of merchandise (for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship) will not be accepted without prior authorization, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any personalized items cannot be accepted back.  If the product is defective we will help you to get a replacement through Cross’ warranty program.
